Mobile 311 ApplicationThe Mayor's Office of Information Technology has launched the City's first mobile application for city services and issue reporting. With the Baltimore 311 application for iPhone or Androids, Baltimore residents can use their smart phones to be the eyes and ears on the streets; reporting anything from potholes to weeds to health and safety concerns.

The new 311 site and mobile application does not replace current reporting methods such as calling 311 within the City or at the existing 311 reporting website  (http://baltimore.customerservicerequest.org) and the status tracking system at http://csr.baltimorecity.gov. This is an additional service for streamlining convenience and efficiency, as well as providing a more social and transparent process.
